1. Introductory provisions

These general terms and conditions (hereinafter the "GTC") govern the rights and obligations between the seller specified above (hereinafter the "seller") and the buyer in the sale of goods through the online shop eshop.resinos.com. The buyer is a consumer or an entrepreneur (business). Matters not regulated by these GTC are governed by the relevant legal regulations of the Slovak Republic and the European Union.

2. Order and conclusion of the contract

The goods in the shop constitute a non-binding offer. By submitting an order, the buyer sends a proposal to conclude a purchase contract. The contract is concluded only upon confirmation of the order by the seller via e-mail, in which the seller confirms availability, the final price and the delivery date. The seller reserves the right not to accept an order (e.g. in the event that the goods are unavailable).

3. Prices

The prices of the goods in the shop are stated excluding VAT; value added tax at the applicable rate is added in the cart and on the invoice. The price confirmed by the seller in the order confirmation becomes binding. Shipping costs are specified in the Delivery Terms.

4. Payment terms

The shop does not charge online payment in advance. After confirming the order, the seller issues an invoice; the method and due date of payment are specified on the invoice or agreed individually. The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment.

5. Delivery terms

The methods and prices of delivery are specified in the separate Delivery Terms. The seller confirms the delivery date upon confirmation of the order.

6. Withdrawal from the contract (consumer)

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. The withdrawal must be sent in writing or by e-mail to resinos@resinos.com and the goods must be returned to the seller. The seller shall refund the payments made within 14 days of the delivery of the withdrawal. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made or customised to order and to other cases provided for by law.

In the case of a purchase by an entrepreneur (business, B2B), the consumer's statutory right to withdraw within 14 days does not apply; the return of the goods is possible only by agreement with the seller.

7. Complaints and warranty

The complaint procedure, the warranty period and the rights arising from defective performance are specified in the Complaint Terms.

8. Protection of personal data

The seller processes the buyer's personal data to the extent necessary to process the order, in accordance with the GDPR Regulation (EU 2016/679). The data are not provided to third parties except for the carrier and the parties necessary to perform the contract.

9. Alternative dispute resolution

The consumer has the right to contact the seller with a request for redress if they are not satisfied with the manner in which the complaint was handled. If the seller rejects the request or fails to respond to it within 30 days, the consumer has the right to file a proposal to initiate alternative dispute resolution. The supervisory authority is the Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI). The EU online dispute resolution (ODR) platform is also available.

10. Final provisions

These GTC are governed by the legal order of the Slovak Republic and the law of the European Union. The seller reserves the right to amend the GTC; the wording in effect at the time the order is submitted applies to that order. These GTC take effect on the date of their publication.
