1. Delivery methods and prices
DPD courier
€5.00 excluding VAT (VAT at the applicable rate is added in the cart). Delivery to the address specified in the order.
Installation by a service technician
Price individual according to the scope of the installation and the location. We will agree on the specific price and date before delivery.
2. Delivery date
We ship the goods after confirmation of the order and availability. The seller will state the estimated delivery date in the order confirmation by e-mail. You will be informed when the shipment is dispatched.
3. Receipt of the goods
Upon receipt, check the integrity of the packaging. We recommend that any obvious damage to the shipment be claimed directly with the carrier upon receipt and that the seller be informed without delay at resinos@resinos.com.
4. Delivery area
We deliver goods within the Slovak Republic; delivery to other countries is possible by individual agreement.
